Growing Up Fat as a Kid/Adult

This morning one of my dear friends phoned me and was going to be coming by while she waited for her kitten to be seen at the local veterinary clinic, we both go to the same one here in town; 

Anyway she came by and we visited and caught up on things, and by 9:00 a.m. I usually head out to the farm to see to my animals there and she went with me, and of course that means Dear Dad had to be on his

“best behavior”,

its always amuses me how “nice” he can be when someone else is around and he’s polite to them, and he can be polite but it strikes me funny at how differently he acts, there was no fussing, or ranting of the things going on in the economy, or anything. 

We both had a good laugh over this when we got back into the car to leave, I told her, Yeah I should bring you along more often when I go to the farm then I wouldn’t have to listen to so much crap daily…

its the God’s Truth too now!

So I’m ending the year on a so so note, thankfully nothing too stressful has happened yet today, Thank Goodness!   I do hope and pray that 2009 will be a much better year for me, for all of us but we never know right?  Right!!

No partying for me tonight I shall watch some tv maybe and do some more work here on my computer, so many things I want to do and to write to try to earn some extra money each month but I never seem to get it all done you know?

Why is that?

So Goodbye 2008, you’ve been a wretched year for me and I am glad to see you go, please don’t come back again either;

I’d almost “kill” for a good strawberry daiquiri too not that crap in a can but a really good one made up in a blender you know with real strawberries all made up fresh, God I miss those, I really do!!
